I’m David A. Freshwater, Chairman and Co-Founder of Reserve Oil & Gas, Inc. and I’m glad you’re taking the time to visit our website and learn more about the company.  Our website includes detailed information about our company and its affiliates’ operations and how they work together to meet today’s challenges and maximize results.

Reserve is a privately-held natural gas exploration and production company headquartered in Spencer, West Virginia whose primary purpose is to profitably find, develop, acquire and produce natural gas in the Appalachian Basin and yield favorable returns to those parties electing to do business with Reserve.

Reserve is a unique oil and gas company with multiple affiliates involved in all aspects of the industry.  Reserve’s Principals’ and/or its affiliates internally contributed (on equal terms) 42% of the capital required to complete its 2010 Drilling Programs and 35% of the total required capital since 2001.  As such, Reserve’s interests are strongly aligned with the interests of our investors and our company is keenly aware that corporate arrogance and unnecessary costs are fatal.
