Reserve Oil & Gas Inc. is a privately-held oil
and natural gas exploration and production headquartered in Spencer, WV (the heart of the Appalachian Basin).  Since 1998, Reserve has primarily focused on developing historically long-lived Lower Huron shale wells in areas in which we have significant acreage positions, pipeline infrastructure, and experience.

The company internally manages nearly every aspect of the development process – from leasing of targeted properties to completion of monthly well production distributions.   We have discovered that by doing so, we operate more efficiently, have greater control over our operations and associated well costs, and can optimize our return on investment in each and every well we drill.

To help ensure that our interests are linked with those of our investors, Reserve, Its Officers, and or Its Affiliated Companies are the largest investor(s) (most often by a factor of six or more) in each and every drilling program completed.  Additionally, Reserve’s compensation is directly linked to our abilities to find and produce natural gas versus excessively marking up (while pocketing the profit) the cost to drill its wells.

Over the last decade, Reserve has consistently grown and at a controlled, disciplined pace.
