1998
Reserve Oil and Gas, Inc. is incorporated. Capitalized and founded by the transfer of Reserve's Principal Officers' previous oil and gas investments in Appalachian Basin wells drilled since 1975.
Completed first drill-deeper (deepening of depleted shallow wells) project in Calhoun County, West Virginia.
1999
Established Land Department and acquired properties suitable for natural gas development.
2000
Reserve's Consulting Geologist reviewed inventory of available oil & gas drilling prospects.
Focused on increasing acreage position in low risk, proven areas.
2001
Reserve's sister company, CSi, acquired an additional rotary drilling rig to be used exclusively on Reserve drilling projects
Fall 2001, drilled three (3) new Devonian Shale wells in Roane County, West Virginia.
2002
Reserve increased its internal capital investments in Reserve Drilling Programs to a minimum of 20%.
Drilled six (6) new Devonian Shale wells, double the number of the previous year.
Nearly doubled acreage position by negotiating farm-out arrangements with regional, well established producers.
2003
Doubled the number of wells drilled from the previous year to fifteen (15) wells and invested a large portion of the total required capital.
Acquired sizeable farm-out acreage (2,200 acres) from an independent producer in Clay County, West Virginia.
Participated and invested internal capital in eleven (11) additional wells drilled and operated by third party production companies.
2004
Drilled twelve (12) Devonian shale wells
Internally funded 29.5% of the total required capital
Participated in the development of seven (7) additional wells drilled and operated by third party production companies
2005
Reserve's sister company, CSi, purchased and placed 2005 Dickirson D550 Double Derrick drilling rig (Rig #2) into service
Drilled seventeen (17) Devonian shale wells
Internally funded 36.5% of the total required capital
Participated in the development of one additional well drilled and operated by a third party production company
Participated with another production company to jointly construct and activate the Pine Grove Gas Gathering Pipeline System
Constructed and activated Reserve's Barren Creek Gas Gathering Pipeline System
2006
Drilled and completed twenty four (24) Devonian shale wells with a 100% success rate
Constructed and activated four (4) gas gathering systems (Beech, Pigeon, Pine Grove and Dog Creek)
Internally funded 39% of the required drilling capital
2007
Drilled and completed eighteen (18) new Devonian Shale wells with a 100% success rate
Drill initial Eden Field well (Lane #3)
Constructed and activated Reserve’s Patton Pipeline Gathering System
Internally funded 23% of the required drilling capital
2008
Drilled and completed twenty two (22) devonian shale wells with 100% success rate
Initiated Reserve’s ‘Clean Sweep’ Drilling Initiatve
Constructed and Activated two (2) new pipeline gathering systems (Eden West and Frame)
Significantly increased acreage position in targeted areas
Invested in Land Departments GIS Mapping and leasing capabilities
Increased Reserve’s inventory of drilling prospects
Internally provided over 32%of the required drilling capital
2009
Anticipate drilling and completing twenty (20) new wells
Initiate Reserve’s ‘Parrallel’ Drilling Initiative
Drill and complete initial well inside the city limits of Charleston, WV
